1. Introduction

This policy explains how Ryan Powell ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit tentio.co, send an inquiry, or follow a booking link. It also explains how to choose whether to allow optional website analytics.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Name and contact information (email, company, website) submitted through our contact form
  • Professional information (role, company stage, industry, referral source) you provide voluntarily
  • Information about your business challenges that you describe in contact form messages

The hosting, font, and icon services described below also receive technical information needed to deliver pages and their files. Optional analytics is handled separately, as explained next.

3. Optional Analytics

Google Analytics 4 helps us understand which pages people visit and how they find the site. It loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Until then, no Google Analytics tag loads or sends activity data. You can choose Decline and still browse, submit an inquiry, and use the booking links.

If you allow analytics, Google receives page and referral information, browser and device information, approximate location, and browser identifiers. We also record clicks on booking links and when the contact service accepts a form submission. A booking click does not confirm an appointment, and a submission event does not confirm delivery to Ryan's inbox.

Your name, email address, company details, message, and other entered form values are not sent to Google Analytics. Extra URL parameters and page fragments are removed from the page and referral addresses sent to Analytics. This site does not use Google Ads, remarketing, or Google Signals features.

Google processes analytics information under its own Privacy Policy. For an additional browser-level choice, Google offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and arrange a strategy conversation
  • Understand your business context to provide relevant perspective
  • Improve the quality and content of this website

We do not use your contact information for unsolicited marketing, add you to email lists without your consent, or sell your contact information. The services described in this policy process information to operate the website, handle inquiries and bookings, or provide analytics when you allow it.

5. Third-Party Services

Netlify hosts this website. The contact form uses Netlify Forms to process and store the information you submit so Ryan can respond to your inquiry. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests font files from Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Icon styles and font files are loaded from jsDelivr. See jsDelivr's Privacy Policy.

If you use the direct booking link (Calendly), your information is processed by Calendly in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies and Browser Storage

This site remembers your Allow or Decline choice in this browser using local storage, if your browser permits it. If a choice cannot be saved there, a temporary preference may be kept in the current tab's session storage. These preferences contain no contact form details. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may cause the choice to appear again.

Google Analytics can set first-party analytics cookies, including _ga, only after you allow analytics. Use Analytics settings in the footer to change your choice. Choosing Decline stops further analytics and clears the site's first-party Google Analytics cookies. It does not delete information already sent to Google. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled on this site even when you allow analytics.

After a successful contact form submission, the site stores a timestamp in your browser's session storage to reduce repeated submissions. That timestamp contains no form details and lasts for the tab's browser session. Calendly may use its own cookies when you visit its booking page.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. The published website uses HTTPS to transmit contact form submissions to Netlify Forms. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the website or its services change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Your choice to allow optional analytics remains separate from browsing the website.
